Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Sienna Plantation

If you have lots of time to kill, I highly recommend Sport Clips in Sienna Plantation. I arrived this morning at 10:15 am and signed in for a 27 minute wait. At the time, the board showed four other customers ahead of me and there were only two stylists in the shop. After waiting for about 45 minutes (timed), I got to the On-Deck status. The customer in front of me thought at least two youngsters were taken ahead of him and he finally left just before I got to the On Deck status. I waited another 12 minutes "On Deck" and when I finally saw no one was finishing, I left the establishment. I have traded with this location for over a year and never had this kind of problem before. An hour of my time lost! This is so discouraging, I won't be returning to any of this franchises' shops. especially Sienna. No one wants to be treated this way. Nobody said a word to the customers waiting to let them know anything. Poor!!

We signed in online at 4:30PM. It said the wait time was about 80 minutes, so we show up at 5:45. The screen on the wall showed that we were first in line. So we were pleased to be there at the right time. After nearly an hour of sitting there while 3 other guests were taken back (#2/#3/#4) for their haircuts, I finally got angry enough to say something. All of us had reservations with the same specific person - so it was not a matter of getting the first available. More than annoyed that someone is allowed to simply ignore the order of customers that is displayed on the wall for the whole world to see. Not going back..
