Just got back from a haircut with Nesia. Not only is she wonderful at what she does, but she’s super sociable and easy to talk to. She is very accommodating and gave me the exact haircut that I wanted. I’m definitely coming back!

I just finished a haircut at Sienna location. Stylist was Kay. What a disaster! 30 minute cut, didn’t listen to directions, explained multiple times, got so frustrated and was so sick of how much time it took I just said “it’s ok”. Will never use her again and frankly because of the difficulty in getting the right stylist will avoid this location!

If you have lots of time to kill, I highly recommend Sport Clips in Sienna Plantation. I arrived this morning at 10:15 am and signed in for a 27 minute wait. At the time, the board showed four other customers ahead of me and there were only two stylists in the shop. After waiting for about 45 minutes (timed), I got to the On-Deck status. The customer in front of me thought at least two youngsters were taken ahead of him and he finally left just before I got to the On Deck status. I waited another 12 minutes "On Deck" and when I finally saw no one was finishing, I left the establishment. I have traded with this location for over a year and never had this kind of problem before. An hour of my time lost! This is so discouraging, I won't be returning to any of this franchises' shops. especially Sienna. No one wants to be treated this way. Nobody said a word to the customers waiting to let them know anything. Poor!!
